Thought for Today
From The Works Of Rev. M.L. Fauss (1906-1984)

Something happens behind the closed door when we pray with hearts open to God!Matthew 6:6: And thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut the door pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. Mark 11:25: When ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: That your Father also which is in Heaven may forgive you your trespasses. Whether we are kneeling, standing or sitting when we pray we can be shut in with God and feel His presence, and a good prayer to pray is “Father forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.” It’s a fact “Satan trembles when he sees the weakest Christian on his knees.
