Thought for Today
From The Works Of Rev. M.L. Fauss (1906-1984)

Rev. M. L. And Cora Fauss

A sour old person is the crowning work of the Devil!Romans 6:12-14: Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness. For sin shall not have dominion over you. Ephesians 4:27: Neither give place to the Devil. James 4:17: Resist the Devil and he will flee from you. The Devil laughs up his sleeve, so to speak, when he finds an older person in a bad humor, hard to get along with, fussing, griping, quarrelling, and is ‘soured out on life.’ “Keeping sour is the way to lose the day, but keeping sweet is the way to win the day.” Christ comes into an individual’s life when they are born again, and translated from the kingdom of Satan to the Kingdom of God. “Living for Jesus defeats the Devil!”
