Thought for Today
From The Works Of Rev. M.L. Fauss (1906-1984)

“A man who hath friends must show himself friendly.”This is a quotation from Proverbs 18:24: And the rest of the verse says, “and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.” Benjamin Franklin said, “A brother may not be a friend, but a friend will always be a brother.” Jesus said, In John 15:13-15: Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. Henceforth I call you not my servants: But my friends. Dale Carnegie said, “You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you!”
